Ordering

Upon placing order, you will receive a confirmation through mail and/or WhatsApp. You may also get a call from our customer service for confirmation of order. Without confirmation, your order will not be processed.
All products are subject to availability. Any product or price can be changed without prior notice.
All items purchased from Zeb Homes are intended for personal use only and not for re-sale or commercial purposes.
Order cancellations will only be entertained up to 24 hours after order confirmation.

Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the product thoroughly to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please contact customer service within 2 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
To file a return, please fill out a return form. It may take up to 7-10 days to process the return request and refund the amount.
Shipping & services charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Report any breakage and damage within 24hours of receiving your package. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

All our products are processed from 100% natural stone sourced from Pakistan. Our artisans, handcraft the natural stone into beautiful products you see on our website. There may be slight variation in colour, patterns, texture, and size, which is acceptable. The natural variation makes every product unique and valuable.
Lighting variation in photography may result in the product appear different from real life.
