- If you are not satisfied, contact customer service within 2 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Shipping and service charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back. However, Zeb Homes will cover the shipping cost if the item received is broken.
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
